Service Description

We do a full Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) activity and damage inspection: - We inspect the full structure for any wood destroying pest activity or damage, including: Fungi, Dry-Wood Termites, Subterranean Termites, Wood Beetles, and other wood related pests. - We check inside home or business interior areas, around windows and doors. - We can check attic and crawlspace or activity seems present. - We review your comments about the present activity noticed like flying termites(swarmers) or termite pellets. - We provide you with a proposition to resolve the activity. - We provide you with recommendations to keep the activity under control - We include NPMA 33 Reporting with the fee. - Fee can be waived or discounted depending on special cases. We use 2 hour time frames for visits, and even though most visits normally last around 30 minutes We do not rush, We make sure to review everything requested and provide as much information as possible in a friendly matter.
